    The Site provides a link to a third party service that permits online scheduling of appointments with June Health LCSW Therapy, PLLC (“June Health Therapy”). June Health Therapy is a separate company from June Health that provides mental health services. Use and disclosure of any information you enter into the appointment scheduling service or otherwise provide to June Health Therapy is governed by June Health Therapy’s Notice of Privacy Practices available here, and not this Privacy Policy. JUNE HEALTH DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. JUNE HEALTH IS NOT A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER. THE SITE IS NOT INTENDED TO DIAGNOSE, TREAT OR PREVENT ILLNESS OR AILMENTS.
